oh, yeah, that diet

a conversation that i had with maggie reminded me that i had left out the key info from that last post - well, it didn’t remind me, i knew i had, but i decided that it wasn’t fair of me to leave it out. to date i’ve lost about 15 pounds (about 5 weeks).

i’m not sure this is the best thing, but keep in mind that i’m
‘way above average height and very muscular for a woman, so it’s not as big of a drop as it might be for someone more petite or more delicately built.

anyhow, that’s where it stands right now. and now back to something more relevant to real life….my blood sugars are much more stable and i need less insulin - yay!

So how is that diet going, anyway?
